Barre Fitness classes are a well choreographed Ballet influenced class that challenges your entire body.

barre workoutWant a more toned dancer-like physique? Ballet inspired workouts are a great way to develop lean muscle mass while improving your balance, flexibility, and range of motion. It's not surprising that women everywhere are flocking to ballet barre fitness classes and it's not just hollywood hype! Famous celebs like Madonna, Kelly Ripa, and Natalie Portman swear by these workouts! However, not all Ballet Barre Fitness classes are alike. This is what sets us apart from the rest. Instructor Barbara Woo is a former ballerina, figure competitor and currently Fitness and Martial Arts instructor. Because of her extensive training in both Ballet and bodybuilding, she has married the two arts and developed a one-of-a-kind Barre Fitness program like no other! Our Barre Fitness class is a well balance of poise, balance, posture etiquette, along with rigorous body sculpting, toning, strengthening, and stretching workout! As you can see, Woo Kickboxing is not all about just kickboxing, we have many other programs to fit your fitness needs. The exercises vary each class but the main focus is to strengthen and elongate the muscles producing a ballet dancer's body or physique by toning muscles, strengthening core and perfecting balance.

Barre Fitness Instructor Tayler DeMarco

Barre Fitness Instructor Tayler DeMarcoTayler DeMarco entered the dance community at the age of three. Over the last 18 years, she has refined her dance skills while progressing through various types of training under the direction of dance studio owner and operator, Laura Foti. Tayler’s experience includes, but is not limited to: ballet, point, jazz, lyrical, modern, tap, and musical theater, with a preference on classical contemporary dance. She furthered her abilities while attending numerous master classes by some of the most renowned artists in the world of dance – these professionals include Gelsey Kirkland, David Howard, Desmond Richardson, Patricia Wilcox, Nathen Trice, Chet Walker, Tony Testa, and others ­– mostly during weeklong classes in New York City. Her experience additionally includes 10 years of successful competitive dancing throughout the East Coast. During the 2011/2012 season, she was awarded Senior Outstanding Dancer by New York City Dance Alliance, a recognition afforded to the top 100 dancers throughout the country. In the spring of 2012, Tayler had the honor of being accepted into the Boston Conservatory in Boston, Massachusetts. Offstage, she is an honors graduate of Pinkerton Academy (Derry, New Hampshire). She has previously attended Southern New Hampshire University studying Business Management, as well as, UMass Lowell to major in exercise physiology. She is currently the owner and founder of Moxie Fitness, LLC. Her goal is to motivate, inspire and educate people through safe and effective exercise programs. She is committed to teaching our clients correct exercise methods and progressions through demonstration, explanation, and spotting techniques. Tayler aspires to grow her business and specialize in strengthening core mechanics as it relates to the athlete. With a strong commitment to her students, she brings motivation and continuity to ones training; whatever your field of scope may be.

Barre Fitness class pricing is as follows: One time Drop-in Fee: $10 or a 4-Class Pass for $32.
